Who we are
This website is Extract Fan Solutions Bristol, run by Charlie Bassett. You can contact us through our contact page or by phone on 0117 439 0463.
What we collect
When you send the quote form, we collect your name, phone number, postcode and message. When you call us, the call goes through a call tracking service, which logs the number you called from and the time of the call. We do not record what is said on the call.
Why
Only to reply to you about your quote and arrange the work.
Who sees it
Us, and the cleaning firm that does the work in your area, so they can contact you and price the job. We never sell your details. Your form message is emailed to us through Brevo, an email sending service.
How long we keep it
Up to 12 months after we last spoke, then we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete them. Get in touch through our contact page. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
